Objectives: This presentation will provide an overview of SARS-CoV-2 genomic surveillance in Los Angeles County, including the integration of sequencing, immunization, hospitalization, and COVID-19 case data. Use of these data for public health action, including for routine dissemination to various stakeholders and identification of clusters for enhanced interviews, will also be discussed.
